How much money can our organization fundraise or make using Fundent?
It depends on three
factors:
1)
The number of Fundent kits provided to your
organization by the sponsoring doctor;
2)
The price your organization sets on the value of each
Fundent kit to be sold.
3)
The number of Fundent kits your organization actually
sells.
That’s it!
With Fundent your organization keeps 100% of the monies raised by
the fundraiser that you determine the price for. For example
if your organization sells 100 Fundent kits then your organization
makes $2,500 (100 x $25). Fundent believes you will not find a
better fundraiser for the efforts and benefits provided. The
purchaser of the Fundent kit will be receiving, in most cases, at
least 5 times or more the benefit they are providing your
organization in financial support.

Does our Organization incur any costs in
obtaining the Fundent kits?
No. The
sponsoring doctor pays for the cost of providing the Fundent kits.
All that is asked is that your organization make a good faith effort
in actually selling the Fundent kits. To see that any unsold kits
are returned, Fundent encourages the sponsoring doctor to take a
fully refundable deposit from the organization of $2 per kit. Once
the unsold kits are returned to the sponsoring doctor, along with
the names and addresses of those who purchased a kit (this is
optional to the purchaser) the deposit will be returned in full to
the organization.

Why would a
person purchase a Fundent kit?
There are
many answers to this good question:
1) The
person buying the Fundent kit may only be doing so to help your
organization. The good news for this type of person is that
they can be told that 100% of all the monies raised go directly to
your organization. Since the Fundent Kit is fully transferable
they can then give it away to a family member or friend.
2) The
person buying the Fundent kit truly sees the considerable value.
Overall, it’s really easy to see this value! The price of the
Fundent kit is only $25 (or less if your organization decides to
sell it for less). The gift certificate alone will be in
excess of 5 to as much as 16 times return on their financial support
paid to your Organization. Additionally, everyone can use a
new toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss.
3) The
person buying the Fundent kit may be looking for a new dentist and
has not yet found the dentist that fits their needs. What a
better way to find this new dentist and get nearly a free cleaning
and checkup without incurring any real cost.
4) Nearly
everybody you know has some dental needs. It is highly likely
they would love to have a financial benefit toward this need.
Unlike the coupons you receive in the mail which are typically for
new patient visits and exams. This gift certificate can be applied
to any dental service provided at the doctors office and the gift
certificate does not require the person buying the Fundent
kit to just be a new patient. Patients already of record at the
dentist office can use a gift certificate.

Can the person buying
the Fundent kit use the gift certificate to purchase products
sold by the Doctor?
No. The gift certificate is only good for dental services
available at the Doctor’s office.

No. There is
no expiration date on the gift certificate. Additionally, the
gift certificate is fully transferable to family and friends.

If the buyer of the Fundent
kit misplaces or looses the gift certificate can it be replaced?
Yes, the gift
certificate can be replaced as long as the doctor has obtained the
original name and address of the buyer. This information
should be obtained by the organization at the time of sale. This is
optional and not required, however only those who provide such
information can replace a misplaced or lost gift certificate.

Can a
person purchase more than one Fundent kit?
Yes, however each
person is limited to the use of one gift certificate per lifetime at
the sponsoring doctor’s office. Therefore, a family of four
could purchase 4 Fundent kits but each family member would be
limited to just one gift certificate per person.

Can insurance
be used in conjunction with the gift certificate?
Yes, however the
laws regarding insurance are very strict and only the net amount
charged after applying the gift certificate will be submitted to the
insurance company for payment.
