Fundent Fundraising Program Dental Kits

The standard items provided in each FFP dental kit is a toothbrush, toothpaste, sugarless gum, dental floss and a dental gift certificate good toward dental services performed at the sponsoring doctor’s office. Additionally, an informational brochure accompanies each kit along with a tracking form to be used by each organizational member.

The FFP dental kit is held in a packet that also has an outside jacket to hold the Doctor’s business card.
