the Fundent Fundraising Program? |
The
Fundent Fundraising Program (hereinafter FFP) brings together local
dentists and local organizations to help both entities by raising money for the
organization and by introducing new patients to the doctor. With FFP
everyone is truly a winner!

Why use
the Fundent Fundraising Program? |
|
Using
FFP builds patient loyalty and promotes good community relations with
your practice. FFP utilizes a basic marketing technique to attract
friends and family of a sponsored organization to your practice. By supporting
the local soccer team, choir, PTA or cheerleading squad, which is already
partially within your practice (i.e. you have a great patient or patient’s who
already belongs to one of these organizations) you will be generating new
patients for your practice by helping these organizations fundraise.

How does
the Fundent Fundraising Program work? |
Fundent
will provide you the doctor 288 FFP dental kits per order. In each of
these FFP dental kits is a toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, pack of
sugarless chewing gum and any other dental related product you may deem
appropriate. The highlight or essential marketing piece in the FFP dental
kit is a gift certificate redeemable at your practice for dental services only
in a dollar amount that you the sponsoring dentist determines with the help of
Fundent. Additionally, a marketing piece about you and your practice accompanies
each FFP dental kit
In turn, your sponsored
organization will sell or fundraise a given number of FFP dental kits
that you determine is appropriate for the group’s size. We recommend that the
doctor only provide 2-4 kits per organizational member. Fundent recommends that
these kits sell for a price of $25 each. However, Fundent lets the organization
actually determine the sales price to meet their fundraising needs. This is
appropriate, as the organization will earn and keep 100% of the selling price of
each dental kit. The organization will also supply you with the names and
addresses of the persons that bought a FFP dental kit by using the
tracking forms you provide them. You may then use this database for future
marketing efforts.
The object is to "partner" with
the organization, give them a credible product to sell and help them make money
to fund their organization. In return, your practice will grow with new patients
generated from the FFP sales. Fundent believes the selection of the
organization to participate is crucial to the program's success. You will
receive 288 dental kits in each order. You may give all your kits to one
organization or divide them among several different group’s as you deem
appropriate.
The cost of being a Fundent Fundraising
Program dentist
The sponsoring Fundent dentist
does take on the expense of supplying the FFP dental kits to the local
organization. This should be classified as a marketing expense although it does
have charitable consequences. The cost of the first 288 FFP dental kits is $1,000.
When the right organization is chosen to sell your FFP dental kits, a
return of 5 times your investment is very achievable. Fundent believes the
return on your investment may be much stronger than other marketing efforts and
also more targeted to the type of patient you are looking for in your practice.
