Fundent Organization’s Guidelines for
Success
Welcome to Fundent:
A
Fundraiser that puts a smile on your
face! We at Fundent want your
organization and your sponsoring dentist
to have a successful partnership.
We believe that you will find Fundent
very easy to administer as compared to
other fundraisers that you probably have
done in the past.
With
Fundent all your dental kits have been
provided by your sponsoring dentist at
no-charge to your organization. If
you follow the simple guidelines below
you should have a wonderful result.
We believe that those individual’s who
choose to support your organization will
actually receive a real financial
benefit that is in excess of many times
the dollar amount they provide your
organization.
Guidelines:

Your
organization should discuss the
viability of working with your
sponsoring Fundent dentist. Is
the sponsoring dentist located in an
area that is convenient for those
who will be supporting your
organization?

Determine the amount of monies your
organization wants to fundraise with
Fundent and set the price per dental
kit accordingly. On average,
Fundent suggests that each dental
kit should be sold for $25 dollars.
However, your organization is
in-charge of setting the price.
Therefore, your organization
actually determines the amount of
money it shall raise using Fundent
sales. Keep in mind that
Fundent has recommended to its
sponsoring dentists that it only
provide 4 dental kits per
organizational member. For
example, if your group has
approximately 20 members then the
sponsoring dentist should only
provide your organization 80 dental
kits. At a sales price of $25
dollars each, this would result in
your organization fundraising $2,000
dollars (80 x $25).

Have a
meeting with the members of your
organization to explain what is
contained in the dental kits.
It’s very easy to see this but some
people may need explanation about
how the gift certificate works and
information about the sponsoring
dentist. Fundent suggest that
every member read the back of a gift
certificate as this should fully
explain how the gift certificate
works. Overall, the gift
certificate works like any other
gift certificate except that it is
only good toward dental services
provided by the sponsoring dentist.
The brochure provides basic
information about the doctor and
each member should read this to be
familiar with the sponsoring
dentist.

Distribute the dental kits to your
organizational members.
Remember this should be no more than
4 dental kits per member. In
addition, each member should receive
a
Fundent Tracking Form
that
helps your organization and your
sponsoring dentist track the sales
and collection of monies of Fundent
dental kits. It is also
important to gather this information
at the time of sale as any lost or
misplaced gift certificate can be
replaced if this information has
been recorded at the time of sale of
the dental kits.

Go
sale the dental kits to your family
and friends! Remember 100% of
all sales proceeds go directly to
your organization. All checks should
be made payable to your
organization!

Collect all monies from your
organizational members along with
the
Fundent Tracking Forms
and any unsold dental kits.
All unsold dental kits should be
returned to the sponsoring dentist
along with copies of the
Fundent
Tracking Forms. All monies
stay with your organization. That’s
it!
