Included with each order are 288
standard informational brochures about the doctor to be included in
each FFP dental kit to be sold by the sponsored organization.
Fundent will need to obtain a high-resolution photograph from
the doctor to prepare the brochure along with basic educational and
practice information that you the doctor deems appropriate.
Additionally, the brochure will include your office phone number,
office address and website address if available. Another option is
to use the Fundent stock photo selection of our models. This can be
done for an additional fee of just $79.00.
